• Security deposit equal to one months rent required at lease signing. 
• First and last months rental payment may be required
• If utilities are included in rent, this refers to electric, gas, and water/sewer.  Cable, internet, and garbage paid by Resident.
• One year lease required for apartments rented in May 2007.
• No pets (dogs, cats, ferrets) are permitted in any WinCor apartment.
