Rent Payment
Please note that your rent is due on the first of each month, and it is considered late as of the 5th. To pay your rent, you can stop into our office and drop off your cash, check, or money order. If no one is in, you can place it in the mail slot located to the left of the office door. If you are unable to come to the office, mail your check or money order to:

Move Out Information
If you are moving out of a WinCor rental, note that you must be completely moved out of the apartment by Sunday, May 8, 2011. To ensure prompt return of all security deposits, your apartment must be thoroughly cleaned. Please refer to your lease and/or the memo which was distributed for cleaning requirements. Also be sure to fill out the form indicating the address where you would like your security deposit to be sent. As always, if you have any questions call the office for assistance.
